Testimonials
I have worked with Pam to deliver 4 MHFA courses to our staff and volunteers at DePaul UK. Participants have enjoyed Pam's style of delivery and the numerous examples she brings from her experience
in mental health social work. I have found Pam to be an excellent co-facilitator, committed to running a professional course, easy to communicate with, adaptable to last minute changes and very able
to meet the diverse needs of the groups we have trained. Outcomes for participants have included increased confidence, new strategies for helping people, a good grounding in mental health knowledge,
gaining useful resources and feeling motivated again'

The work Pam delivered was designed and delivered in a professional and well resourced manner.
Her work was very well received by all the staff who attended and staff managers felt the sessions were of great benefit to their teams. The sessions were designed around our specific requests and
adapted to meet the needs of the individual participants. Resources were excellent with a combination of information, relaxation tools and CD. Staff have continued to use these both in and outside of
work.
